Limited time summer menu showcases new White Lightnin’ sauce made with Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine
Hooters is heating things up with a sizzling new summer menu, featuring the highly-anticipated return of Hooters-style ribs. Available in full or half rack orders, the ribs are slow-cooked, slathered with the guest’s choice of Hooters signature sauces, and then put back on the flames to create a full-bodied caramelized flavor. Saucy rubdown choices include traditional BBQ, Daytona Beach, Habanero BBQ, Spicy Garlic, Triple Dog Dare or White Lightnin’— a new sauce made with Ole Smoky® Tennessee Moonshine and exclusively available at Hooters for a short time.
Ordered as a combo, Hooters-style ribs make a perfect pairing with crab legs or Hooters world-famous traditional and boneless chicken wings. Hooters fans can dig into craveable new appetizers, such as Hooters beer cheese and pretzels, featuring a creamy blend of cheeses infused with stout beer and served with salted Bavarian pretzels. The Triple Play is also up for grabs and includes creamy queso, fresh salsa and house-made guacamole served up with warm, seasoned tortilla chips.
“It’s no secret Hooters has perfected the chicken wing, but we’ve taken things up a notch with the return of our slow-cooked, sizzling ribs,” said Gregg Brickman, executive chef, Hooters of America. “I know we hit it out of the park with our White Lightnin’ moonshine sauce, it gives our Hooters-style ribs a semisweet glaze with lots of Ole Smoky flavor and just a touch of heat to keep you coming back for more.”
In addition to savory menu items to kick off the start of summer, Hooters is offering three variations of the classic Moscow Mule cocktail, featuring a refreshing blend of vodka, ginger and lime served in an ice-cold copper mug.
If the summer menu offerings weren’t enough, hardball fans will want to put Hooters in their starting rotation knowing they can catch every professional baseball game of the season on DIRECTV® at all Hooters locations from coast to coast. Blackout rules and other conditions may apply.
The limited time summer menu is available now through July 6 at participating Hooters locations across the United States. For more information about the Hooters summer menu or to find your nearest Hooters location, visit www.hooters.com.
