Huddle House, a 400+ unit family dining restaurant, is pleased to announce its new Smokin’ BBQ Fest menu, created for the restaurant’s hungry fans just in time for summer. The new menu was launched April 30, 2012, and is the first of many seasonal menus that Huddle House plans to launch this year and beyond.
“Our strategy is to launch seasonal menus as limited time only promotions,” said Marc Butler, Chief Marketing Officer for Huddle House. “This gives us a great opportunity to attract those occasional guests as well as increase the frequency of our core customers. Smokin’ BBQ Fest is the first of several seasonal menus to launch system wide. “
The Smokin’ BBQ Fest menu is featured at Huddle House locations across the county. The menu offers customers three new entrees including BBQ Ribs and Pulled Pork, all featuring Bull’s-Eye BBQ sauce. The menu also includes new, delicious options like the Smoked Pork Sandwich, Texas Burger, Fried Pickles and the ultimate summer treat: Edwards Crème Pie made with Snickers.
“We’ve gone through two rounds of consumer testing with this menu and the early results are already exceeding our expectations,” said Butler. “Our operators are very enthusiastic about this menu and we’re looking forward to a very strong summer.”
Known for serving “Any Meal. Anytime.” The Huddle House new menu also features the Huddle House MVP Breakfast, which includes signature waffles, bacon or sausage, two eggs, hash browns and biscuit and gravy.
“The Smokin’ BBQ Fest menu is a great way to provide our customers with more variety at a great value, which we know will ultimately lead to improvements in our quality perception,” said Butler. “We are looking forward to sharing new and interesting menu concepts with our customers all year long.”
