IHOP restaurants are celebrating the taste of summer by offering three new pancakes, inspired by the flavors of the season!
- NEW Blueberry Lemonade: Blueberry pancakes topped with lemonade cream and fresh blueberries.
- NEW Banana Pudding: Buttermilk pancakes topped with silky banana pudding, sliced fresh bananas, whipped topping, powdered sugar and Nilla wafers.
- NEW Blackberry Peach Cobbler: Buttermilk pancakes topped with juicy blackberries, sweet peaches, crunchy honey oat pecan crumbles and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Guests can enjoy their choice of these summer special pancakes either as a short stack at participating restaurants or everywhere as part of a combination plate, with two eggs, any way they like them, and their choice of crispy bacon, pork sausage links or grilled ham slices, along with IHOP restaurants’ signature golden hash browns.
The announcement of these new smile-inducing pancakes coincides with the launch of the new IHOP logo, which now, fittingly, features a smile.
“This year’s Summer Stacks feature fresh, seasonal flavors, but also celebrate an important part of our heritage,” said Kirk Thompson, Vice President, Marketing, International House of Pancakes, LLC. “They’re the perfect complement to our new logo, which also celebrates our 57 year IHOP heritage and promise to keep guests smiling.”
Also, guests can beat the summer heat with the return of two flavors of IHOP restaurants’ most popular Fruit Lemonade Splashers: Watermelon Lemonade and Blueberry Lemonade.
Summer Stacks are available at participating IHOP restaurants for a limited time through July 26.
