Brand announces new menu items and tailgating favorites in seasonal specials
Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly expanding breakfast, brunch and lunch concept, is inviting guests to enjoy a “Fall Full of Flavor.” New seasonal specials launch today, featuring some returning fall favorites as well as debuting a new dish that is sure to be a hit. The menu features Pumpkin Praline Pancakes, an Apple Cider Mimosa, the Smores Cold Brew Latte and Chicken Fried Steak Benedict, now through November 22.
“Each fall, we look forward to sharing new seasonal and classic flavors with our guests,” said Eggs Up Grill CEO Ricky Richardson. “Pumpkin spice pancakes are always one of our most popular items and this year we’ve made them even better by adding pralines and a house-made cinnamon glaze. We’re also excited to roll out our new Chicken Fried Steak Benedict. We’ve tested this dish in several of our locations over the summer and guests raved about the delicious flavors. We can’t wait for even more of our neighbors to have the chance to enjoy this craveable dish.”
The Chicken Fried Steak Benedict features crispy, chicken fried steak served on a toasted buttermilk biscuit with a pepper jack cheese crust. It’s topped with two poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and green chilies. Pumpkin spice, cinnamon and pralines fill the guest-favorite Pumpkin Praline Pancakes. They are topped with a cinnamon glaze, whipped cream and cinnamon sugar. Eggs Up Grill’s popular Smores Cold Brew latte has flavors of chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers that will make guests reminisce about time spent with family and friends around a campfire. Guests may also enjoy a refreshing Apple Cider Mimosa made with apple cider, sparkling wine and fresh cranberries.
“Our number one goal each day is to put a smile on the face of every guest we serve at Eggs Up Grill,” said Richardson. “These seasonal dishes, along with our uniquely friendly hospitality, promise to just that!”
In addition to the seasonal specials, Eggs Up Grill serves its full menu daily from open to close with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering and delivery options available.
