Jimmy’s Egg, LLC opened its fourth Omaha, NE and third Tulsa, OK locations this quarter, bringing the total number of operating Jimmy’s Egg restaurants to 34. Earlier in 2012, new Jimmy’s Egg restaurants opened in San Antonio and McAllen TX, Lawton, OK and Omaha, NE.
“We are excited about adding these two new restaurants to our system,” said Jim Burke , co-manager for Jimmy’s Egg, LLC. “This has been a great year for Jimmy’s Egg and 2013 will be even better. In 2013, we plan to open ten restaurants in new markets, including openings in Tahlequah, OK; Stillwater, OK; and The Colony, TX, during the first quarter.
Jimmy’s Egg got its start in the America heartland, launched 1980 in Oklahoma City. After winning Best Breakfast awards countless times, the breakfast-lunch chain is now rapidly expanding to new markets, bringing their residents the opportunity to enjoy delicious Cracked to Order 3-egg omelettes, full cups of coffee, and fresh-baked breads – all served by an attentive staff.
Jimmy’s Egg is open seven days a week from 6:00AM – 2:00PM and serves breakfast and lunch all day. Breakfast menu offerings include the popular “Garbage Breakfast,” eggs Benedict, hot-off-the-griddle blueberry granola, cheddar bacon, and banana pecan pancakes, French toast and Belgian waffles. Lunch offerings include fresh salads, sandwiches, juicy burgers and favorite luncheon items – Ground Sirloin and Chicken Fried Steak.
