$0.99 Root Beer Floats from August 8 through August 12 Celebrate a Classic American Drink
The Krystal Company, the brand famous for its iconic square hamburgers, is making a splash for National Root Beer Day. A big splash – in honor of this fan favorite, Krystal is celebrating for a whole week! From August 8 through August 12, Krystal will offer their Root Beer floats at a special price during Happy Hour (2-5 pm in participating locations) – only $0.99!
The Krystal Float is made with a blend of cold and frosty Barq’s Root Beer plus a generous scoop of creamy Blue Bunny vanilla bean ice cream. The special 99-cent float offering is available at participating Krystal locations, while supplies last – and only from August 8-12 from 2-5 pm.
“Nothing quite says ‘summer’ like a Root Beer Float – it’s the perfect way to refresh on a long, hot day” said Alice Crowder, Vice President of Marketing for The Krystal Company. “Sweet and foamy, ice cold and just a tiny bit decadent…there’s nothing better!”
The Float pairs nicely with Krystal’s latest menu addition, premium boneless wings, which come hand-tossed in a tangy barbecue or spicy buffalo sauce.
