The Saxton Group Will Bring Five Locations to the Omaha and Lincoln Markets
McAlister’s Deli franchisee, The Saxton Group, announced today the franchisee has signed a development agreement with McAlister’s Deli to open five restaurants in the greater Omaha and Lincoln areas over the next several years. Nebraska is the sixth state for the multi-unit franchisee. The Saxton Group, currently operates 66 McAlister’s Deli locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Missouri. In January, the company also announced plans are in place for future growth for at least five locations in Des Moines and Ames, Iowa. In total The Saxton Group has a development agreement in place with McAlister’s for over 40 new locations in 5 different states.

During The Saxton Group’s first quarter, the brand opened three locations within three weeks in Enid, Okla., Shawnee, Kan., and Lake Worth, Texas. The same growth will be used in the expansion into Nebraska, significantly growing the presence McAlister’s Deli has in the state. Nebraska’s location in the Midwest provides the ideal opportunity to introduce more Nebraskans to McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea, Spuds, Salads and Sandwiches.
