RPM Pizza LLC, the largest U.S. Domino’s franchise, today announced the acquisition of 45 Domino’s stores throughout Indiana.
RPM Pizza, headquartered in Gulfport, MS, will purchase 45 stores in Indiana in the biggest franchise-to-franchise purchase in Domino’s history. The acquisition includes nearly 40 stores in the Indianapolis metro area, and stores serving South Bend and Lafayette. Once completed, the acquisition will give RPM Pizza operations in seven states, employing more than 3,800 team members.
“The previous owner turned the market around with his focus on operational performance,” said Glenn Mueller Sr., CEO of RPM Pizza. “Our plans are to build on those improvements and make Domino’s the pizza of choice in all the neighborhoods we will serve. We’re thrilled to be coming to Indiana.”
RPM Pizza has been the largest U.S. franchisee in the Domino’s system for more than 30 years. RPM Pizza was founded by Richard P. Mueller, who started as a part-time driver and quickly became the largest and fastest growing franchise in Domino’s.
