The Local Kitchens team will be celebrating the Granite Bay debut with a family friendly grand opening celebration on Sunday April 23rd from 1:00pm to 4:00pm, including balloon animals, a photo booth, raffles for a variety of prizes, music, games and the first 300 guests will receive free Humphrey Slocombe ice cream!

“We kicked off 2023 with breaking records at the opening in Novato, so we are extremely excited to continue the momentum by expanding our footprint in the greater Sacramento region,” said Jon Goldsmith, CEO and co-founder of Local Kitchens. “Granite Bay has beautiful neighborhoods and excellent schools, making it a wonderful place to call home for so many families. We’re committed to providing these folks with access to high quality and convenient food. At Local Kitchens, everyone can find something they love by mixing and matching items from some of Northern California’s favorite restaurants.”

Granite Bay will be Local Kitchens second kitchen in Placer county, with the first in the neighboring city of Roseville where they have been serving that community since March 2022. Similar to the Roseville location, guests can look forward to trying a variety of premium meals from popular restaurants including sushi burritos from Sushirrito, burgers and grilled cheeses from The Melt, Israeli-style mediterranean from Oren’s Hummus, Thai chicken and rice dishes from Rooster and Rice, crispy Nashville-style fried chicken from Nash and Proper, and artisanal detroit-style pizzas from Square Pie Guys.

“Our Nashville-style fried chicken was born and raised in Sacramento, so we can’t wait to bring our menu to Granite Bay.” said Cecil Rhodes II, Founder, Co-Owner, and Executive Chef at Nash & Proper. “This will be our sixth location with Local Kitchens who continue to execute exceptionally, making it easy for us to bring the food we’ve poured our hearts and souls into closer to people’s homes. If you’ve never had Nash & Proper before I recommend starting with our award winning ‘Sammich’. It may just be the best chicken sandwich you’ve ever had!”

The Granite Bay location will operate daily from 11am to midnight everyday for convenient dine-in, delivery and takeout. Local Kitchens makes exploring their menu and ordering with them simple and convenient through their website and their mobile app. Guests can sign up to earn rewards and gain access to exclusive offers.
