Nick Patel, a hotel developer and multi-unit franchisee will open his first of a planned seven Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina restaurants with the opening of an Alpharetta location of the popular fast casual Mexican restaurant in mid-September.
Located at 5215 Windward Parkway, Suite A, the Salsarita’s will be replacing the space formerly occupied by Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint. Famous for its Mexican favorites like its custom burritos, tacos and five flavorful house-made salsas, the introduction of Salsarita’s to Alpharetta punctuates a year that has seen marked growth for the restaurant.
With experience in the restaurant industry as a multi-unit developer in the sandwich arena, Patel set his sights on Salsarita’s for his next opportunity to grow a brand. Recognizing Salsarita’s growth throughout the country and identifying a demand for authentic Mexican cuisine made with the freshest ingredients, Patel was convinced the business was for him.
