Paula Ashley-Rogness brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Long John Silver’s
A veteran in the restaurant industry, Rogness’s experience spans more than 25 years in media and field marketing, with over 20 years working for Long John Silver’s. Most recently, Rogness served as the Vice President of Field Marketing for The Wendy’s Company before returning to the Long John Silver’s team.

Rogness achieved many goals for the Long John Silver’s brand during her past experiences, earning her prestigious awards including the Long John Silver’s Keys to the Shop Award, the Franchise Silver Cup “Splash” Award and the Power Player Award for saving the brand $1 million in national media.
