Chapel Hill, NC – NoDa Brewing Co.
NoDa Brewing Co. will open its fourth taproom next month. The Charlotte brewery’s latest venue, called NoDa Brewing Co. Tapas and located at 1118 Environ Way in Chapel Hill, will include a restaurant. That space is home to Old East Tavern, which will close over Labor Day weekend. NoDa has teamed up with Julie Paddison and Lew Hendricks — owners of the tavern as well as Bottle Rev Chapel Hill, The Poplar Café and RTP Uncorked — on that venture.
Mesa, AZ – Raices Restaurant & Coffee Bar
A new bar called Easy Tiger is coming soon to 4725 W. Olive Ave. by Arizona College’s Glendale campus. Easy Tiger is brought to us by Driftwood Coffee owners Lance Linderman and Luke Bentley, who just received the liquor license for this upcoming project.
Kalamazoo, MI – High Dive Kitchen & Bar
Raices Restaurant & Coffee Bar is coming soon to Mesa. The business is getting ready to open doors at 1916 W. Baseline Road, according to a liquor license application filed with the state of Arizona.
Northglenn, CO – Los Dos Potrillos Cocina y Cantina
The two incoming locations will be located in Northglenn and Castle Rock, with the latter location debuting at 6372 Promenade Parkway in the spring of 2023. The Northglenn location is expected to open in late October of this year at the former Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q — 100 E 120th Ave Northglenn, CO 80233.
Orland Park, IL – Chuck Lager America’s Tavern
Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani is expanding his restaurant concept Chuck Lager America’s Tavern to Chicagoland with two new locations. First, the company will make its area debut in Glenview by moving into the former home of John’s Garage Sports Bar at 1800 Tower Dr. Considering the restaurant’s Facebook has mentioned this location’s opening is coming soon since early June, it’s likely we’ll see this site open before the end of the year. Next, the company will open its seventh location in Orland Park at 14035 South La Grange Rd. Chuck Lager America’s Tavern is expanding into Florida with new sites coming to Oldsmar and Tampa.
Houston, TX – Pecking Order
Pecking Order: Chef Shannen Tune of Craft Burger is launching a new chicken concept in October. Pecking Order’s menu will include chicken plates, sandwiches and salads. Signature dishes will include buttermilk fried chicken sandwich, Nashville hot chicken, rotisserie chicken, and grilled jerk chicken. It will be open Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
