LSM-U educational session will be led by restaurant marketing expert, Linda Duke, and covers restaurant marketing competition and defending your position, tried and true promotions, incorporating sustainability, integrating new media into your marketing plan, extending LSM thru social media, food marketing—flavor, demonstration, sampling, describing, and communications, public relations and publicity stunts. LSM-U provides operators’ with guidelines and recommendations to generate awareness, increase traffic and sales by following a 9-12 month local store marketing plan. Attendees will come away with a top line local store marketing plan and calendar along with many ideas to increase sales and awareness through the use of LSM tactics.
