McAlister’s Deli, a leading fast casual restaurant, announces its first location in Carbondale, Ill., will open on Monday, Aug. 19 at 1382 East Main Street. To celebrate, the restaurant will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, Aug. 26 at 11 a.m.
