Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 113th location in Melbourne on Monday, February 2nd. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. and is located at 2447 N. Wickham Road on the corner of Wickham Road & Lake Washington Road.
On January 31st, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project. The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project’s mission is to promote awareness and facilitate support of parents caring for their children with special health care needs, and to enhance the Quality-of-Life for these special families. “Through the generosity of corporate partners like The Egg & I, we are able to serve more families in need in our community,” said Kristen Malfara, Founder and Executive Director at The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project.
