The Premium Grilled Cheese Brunch Menu includes sandwiches such as The Flatiron™, Wisconsin Brie, Pecanwood Smoked bacon, hash browns, and a fried egg on Buttertop White French toast; The Cheshire™, Wisconsin Edam and Cheddar, an over-easy egg, Pecanwood Smoked Bacon, with avocado, tomato, lettuce, and mayo on Country French Bread; and The Benedict, Wisconsin Gouda with Canadian bacon, a poached egg, fresh spinach, and tomato on a toasted English Muffin topped with hollandaise sauce. Side dishes include a choice of seasonal apples or grapes, or the option to upgrade to the Baked Parmesan Hash Browns.
Every Saturday and Sunday the restaurant will offer a featured brunch grilled cheese sandwich with seasonally-inspired and locally-sourced ingredients from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. For guests that wish to indulge with a breakfast cocktail, the new brunch menu includes a selection of Specialty Mimosas, including The Classic, Passion Fruit, Pomegranate, and Blood Orange. Melthouse Bistro also proudly brews Fiddleheads coffee, and offers a large variety of smoothies, juices, and lemonades.
