In collaboration with Uoriki – purveyors of premium-quality Japanese seafood – Mitsuwa Marketplace will be hosting the Toyosu Market Fair, a one-of-a-kind event bringing the freshest fish directly from Japan’s renowned Toyosu Market. Shoppers will have the opportunity to see a live fileting of a roughly 200 lb. bluefin tuna (size to be determined closer to the event) as well as purchase fresh sashimi and saku from this cutting. Tuna and other premium fish varieties will also be available for purchase.
This is the first time Mitsuwa Marketplace is hosting the Toyosu Market Fair at the Torrance Del Amo location, offering more people an unparalleled opportunity to experience the freshness and quality of fish from Japan’s most famous fish market, but without the travel.
