Popular Hawaiian-style concept prepares for 26th Utah location on July 14
Born in The Beehive State with an aloha spirit, Mo’ Bettahs is sticking to its roots by bringing even more Authentic Hawaiian Food and Experiences to Utah with its newest restaurant opening in Saratoga Springs on July 14!
Located at 1152 North Redwood Rd., Ste. 101, in the fast-developing community of Saratoga Springs, the popular Hawaiian-style concept will not only serve up fresh dishes, but also bring fresh vibes with its state-of-the-art 2.0 Design. The brand’s new restaurant prototype, which includes updated signage and branding, will feature a new “backyard” plantation-style shed, along with mounted surfboards and artwork that truly depict the Hawaiian lifestyle and culture fans have come to love from Mo’ Bettahs over the years.
“It’s hard to believe we’re coming up on our 15th anniversary this July, and what better way to celebrate that than with a new opening in the state where it all began for our ‘ohana (family),” said Mo’ Bettahs CEO Rob Ertmann, who has helped double the brand’s store count from 22 to 44 the past two years. “Our goal with every restaurant is to bring our signature cuisine with an aloha spirit everywhere we go, and we’re thrilled even more of Utah will be able to share that experience.”
The new Mo’ Bettahs in Saratoga Springs is projected to bring 30 jobs to the community. It also marks the brand’s 26th location in Utah and eighth in Utah County.
Doors will open at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 14, followed by a grand opening ceremony at 5:30 p.m. with Ertmann in attendance to celebrate the 15th year anniversary. However, for those who just can’t wait to get that special taste of the islands, a Friends and ‘Ohana Day will be held Thursday, July 13, with guests receiving a FREE Mini Plate between 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. for lunch and 6-8 p.m. for dinner. If that’s not enough, stop by on Monday, July 17 for a Buy One, Get One Mini Plate offer all day!
