Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food, a popular Utah original, will open the doors to its 28th location in the Beehive State on Sept. 27. Located at 2654 North 2000 West in Clinton, the new restaurant is set to serve up the same authentic Hawaiian experience its fans have come to love. Just in front of WinCo and VASA Fitness, the newest Mo’ Bettahs will be the brand’s 55th location nationwide.
On Sept. 26, Mo’ Bettahs will host a celebratory Friends & ’Ohana pre-opening event with complimentary lunch plates served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. A ribbon-cutting ceremony with founders Kimo and Kalani Mack will take place at 5:30 p.m, followed by complimentary dinner plates served from 6 to 8 p.m.
Additionally, on Sept. 30, the first Monday after opening, Mo’ Bettah’s will offer buy-one-get-one regular plates.
“If it weren’t for the great state of Utah and the amazing support we’ve received from its communities, our brand might not have been able to grow and make the impact we have,” CEO of Mo’ Bettahs Robert Ertmann said. “The residents of this state have welcomed our brand of authentic Hawaiian BBQ and we are forever grateful. We’re doing our best to make sure that no matter where you are in Utah, you’re never far from the Mo’ Bettahs grindz and aloha spirit!”
From Spam Musubi, a popular Hawaiian snack, to Kalua Pig, Katsu Chicken and Shrimp Tempura, Mo’ Bettahs is number one when it comes to an authentic Hawaiian-style experience. Paired with its one-of-a-kind macaroni salad and steamed rice, the flavor experiences are unmatched. Operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
