Burger enthusiasts in Coppell, Texas will have a reason to cheer, as MOOYAH, a fast casual, “better burger,” fries and shakes chain, is excited to announce the reopening of its restaurant at 104 S. Denton Tap Road, Suite 102 on Monday, July 29, 2013. To celebrate, MOOYAH of Coppell will host a Guest Appreciation Day on Saturday, August 10 by giving away free MOOYAH for a year to the first 50 Guests in line. Temporarily closed to accommodate aesthetic renovations and a change in management, MOOYAH is eager to open its doors in Coppell, bringing a delicious dining experience to families, friends and neighbors.
“Being a Dallas-based brand, we’re very excited to reopen one of our first restaurants and continue to bring a better, customizable burger concept to the residents of Coppell,” said Michael Mabry, director of franchise at MOOYAH. “Our Guests are the driving force behind our success and growth, so we’re very eager to celebrate and honor our loyal fans on August 10 with a Guest Appreciation Day.”
Brian Wells, owner of the restaurant who is spearheading the opening, has been a MOOYAH franchisee for two years. Wells also opened the MOOYAH restaurant in North Richmond Hills, Texas in 2012, and is eager to bring the popular “better burger” concept to the Coppell community.
“I am really looking forward to sharing the MOOYAH experience with the Coppell community,” said Wells. “We will not only offer the best burger in town, but we will also create an exceptional, happy and memorable experience for our Guests.”
Wells says approximately 30 jobs will be created as a result of the restaurant opening, which will make a positive impact on the local economy. In addition, the restaurant is adding a number of aesthetic improvements including high-efficiency LED lighting, a 100-square-foot chalkboard and new furniture all of which, Wells says, will elevate the dining experience.
At MOOYAH, customization is king. Guests have the advantage of choosing from a variety of bread options, such as freshly-baked white or wheat buns and hand-crafted lettuce wraps to accompany either the never-frozen 100 percent American beef patty, Jennie-O turkey patty or the mouthwatering veggie burger. Each gourmet burger creation comes with a selection of unlimited veggies and a choice of nine delicious sauces.
MOOYAH French fries come together in a six-step process that takes a total of 24 hours to completely prepare. A delightful combination of constant attention and a little magic help transform fresh spuds into perfect, crisp-on-the-outside and fluffy-on-the-inside fries. Never one to forget dessert, MOOYAH offers handcrafted shakes, allowing Guests to choose from classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate, or opt to make their own creations with toppings such as cookie dough, peanut butter cups and more.
“Our goal is to create better burgers for our Guests by offering fresh, quality ingredients and customizable options. By giving them the power to create their perfect meal, Guests always leave happy and satisfied,” said Alexis Barnett Gillette, director of marketing at MOOYAH. “We hope the opening will help the brand develop even further into surrounding areas and bring superior burgers, fries and shakes to new neighborhoods.”
Seeing incredible growth in 2012 alone, MOOYAH continues its unending expansion, already awarding an additional 29 units nationally and internationally, with plans to provide 400 jobs to local communities in 2013. The brand shows no signs of slowing down and aims to deliver a simple American classic that’s not only made well, but produced in a friendly and comfortable environment to new and fresh markets in the future. MOOYAH is currently focusing its expansion efforts in California, Florida and the Northeast.
