Uptown dog park’s picture-perfect day includes adoptable puppies, too
Don’t believe dogs love the holidays as much as their humans do? Then you probably don’t believe in Santa either. And that’s just sad.
Mutts Canine Cantina is welcoming in the season this Saturday, Dec. 5, with “Pictures with Santa Paws,” during which all Mutts members will receive a free 4×6 professional photograph with their pooch. Non-members are also invited to get in the holiday spirit and receive their print for just $5.
Pictures with Santa Paws will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Uptown dog park. In addition, Dog & Kitty City will be on-site during those hours with plenty of cuddly, furry and adoptable puppies for those looking for the perfect Christmas gift for a friend, a child or themselves.
“It’s the season of giving, and we think one of the best things you can give is a loving home to a sheltered animal,” said Kyle Noonan, co-owner of FreeRange Concepts, creator of Mutts. “It’s also a merry time of year, so bring your best friend by to meet Santa Paws and let him know what you’re hoping to find under your tree.”
