Todd McGlamery of National Restaurant Properties earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute, one of the leading commercial real estate associations in the world. The designation was given on October 30th after the examination held in Austin, TX.
Todd McGlamery was among over 200 commercial real estate professionals worldwide who earned the designation this fall by passing the Institute’s Comprehensive Examination, the final stage in the designation process. McGlamery is the owner and principal broker of Nashville’s National Restaurant Properties. He has completed over 75 restaurant related transactions. He specializes in restaurant site selection for regional and national restaurants, retail investment property sales, and restaurant business sales. McGlamery began his restaurant/real estate career as a restaurant owner with the Petty-McGlamery Restaurant Group 13 years ago. The group’s portfolio consisted of two Irish pubs, a sports bar and grille, martini bar and German beer garden.
