Restaurant business exploding on Nashville market
Todd McGlamery started National Restaurant Properties in Nashville last fall. There office just moved to East Nashville in Eastland Station, just down from Five Points. 805 Woodland St., Ste. 319 Nashville, TN 37206. McGlamery says, “The restaurant market is strong here in Nashville compared to other cities in the state. Nashville has great buzz nationally with the TV show Nashville and the new convention center.” So far this year National Restaurant Properties has sold Stone House Q to Slow and Low BBQ on 54th Ave. N., along with Love Shack food truck. Other clients McGlamery has assisted with finding their right location is Nashville Sweets, Yeast Nashville and H&T’s Home Cooking.
National Restaurant Properties has over 20 hospitality related business for sale in the middle Tennessee area. They are also a commercial real estate firm. McGlamery says, “We keep a close eye on every restaurant space available in Nashville. Nine out of every 10 calls are people looking for restaurant space in middle Tennessee. If we don’t have the inventory, we will find it. No matter if you’re looking to buy, sell or lease a restaurant.”
