Blossom Du Jour continues to make its mark on New York City as the LARGEST vegan restaurant group. The latest expansion comes as Blossom Du Jour gets ready to open a new location on Wednesday, October 14th at 15 East 13th Street. This location is in the Union Square area and in walking distance from NYU, the Parsons School of Design and The New School. Owner Pamela Elizabeth says, “This is the perfect location for Blossom Du Jour. Guests have told us there is a lack of vegan food in this area so we are happy to fill that void.” Pamela goes on to say that “whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, carnivore, a student at one of the nearby colleges, tourist or a businessman or woman we are excited to serve this wonderful neighborhood.”
The 850 square feet location seats 18 people. A couple new items will be on the menu including a Mac and Cheese and a Quinoa Sweet Potato burger (both pictured here). These join favorites such as the Seitan Philly Cheese Steak, the Midtown Melt and the Power Up Kale Salad. Guests will also get to grab the cold-pressed juices they know and love, as well as smoothies and shakes. Baked goods such as the chocolate chip cookie, banana loaf and red velvet cupcakes will also be there to satisfy sweet tooths. Lots of gluten-free items will be on hand as well.
This isn’t the only location being added this year. The company will also soon operate a new Blossom Du Jour Express at Turnstyle, a new exciting project at Columbus Circle. The food will be served in a fast format to get diners in and out quickly. It is expected to open by year end. That will bring the number of restaurants in the Blossom family up to 10. No other vegan restaurant group operates this many restaurants so this is a HUGE milestone.

In direct response to the ever growing need for “alternative fast food” options, restaurateur Pamela Elizabeth established Blossom Du Jour in 2010. Powered by our delicious and nutritious 100% vegan recipes, the quick serve restaurants has placed itself in the extraordinary position to make a positive impact on the environment as well as the daily lives of patrons by offering food and beverage choices that are healthful, environmentally conscious, and prepared quickly. By end of 2015 Blossom Du Jour is expected to have six New York City locations. The restaurant’s baked goods are also available at select Whole Foods stores and sold at Blossom Bakery.
