The owner of Barry’s Cheesesteaks and More, announced the opening date of his new Louisville store on social media this week. The new store will hold a grand opening celebration on Dec. 17 at 1 p.m. The owner plans to open a new concept in his Old Louisville store – Papa B’s Chicken and Fish.
Ashburn, VA – Big Buns Damn Good Burgers
Ashburn’s first Big Buns Damn Good Burgers is getting closer to opening – and the team at the new restaurant is hoping to be ready sometime as soon as this month. That’s the word we got from the company’s leadership. The signs were recently installed at the new burger joint – another indication that things are moving along.
Yorkville, IL – Chipotle
The national taqueria-style fast food restaurant Chipotle is getting ready to open a new location in Yorkville. Construction has been moving rapidly, recently completing the building structure’s shell and parking lot. With almost no obstacles in the way, this location is expected to open as early as January 2023, although no official opening date has been released. The new 2,600-square-foot restaurant will have a pickup window for mobile orders and an indoor/ outdoor patio.
Seattle, WA – Mint Progressive Indian
Downtown Seattle is getting an updated take on Indian cuisine, with new a restaurant opening soon. Mint Progressive Indian, brings nontraditional ingredients and styles to traditional Indian fare, presenting them with upscale plating and pairings. It’s set to open Dec. 16.
Lakeland, TN – Villa Castrioti
The owner was a busy man giving constant instructions to contractors inside the brand-new location for Villa Castrioti Italian restaurant. The general manager for their new Lakeland location, said the work has been nonstop trying to prepare for their grand opening. “It’s been crazy trying to get ready but we’re hoping to be open on December 22nd,” he said.
Milwaukee, WI – The Copper Turtle Brewery and Taverne
The Copper Turtle Brewery and Taverne, located at Milwaukee’s Third Ward neighborhood, plans to open the weekend of Dec. 17. It includes a production facility and a taproom that seats 128 people plus room for outdoor seating. The Copper Turtle operates a seven-barrel brewing system with seven-barrel tanks.
