Denver-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 60th restaurant on Monday, July 2nd. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. and is located at 6909 Menaul Blvd. on the northeast corner of Menaul Blvd. and Louisiana.
On July 1st, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to the Albuquerque Reads Program, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting kindergarten students who are in the first phase of literacy acquisition. “Every donation made to the Reads Program allows us to serve more children. Reading helps overcome poverty. The more educated our future generation is, the better the quality of their lives. We are so honored to have the support of The Egg & I Restaurant of Albuquerque,” said Beth Hemmerich, Director of Reads.
