Denver-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 57th restaurant on Monday, June 4th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 930 E Campbell Rd, ½ mile East of I-75 near Greenville Ave.
On June 3rd, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The American Widow Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for military widows grieving the loss of a spouse in the armed forces. “Every donation made to the AWP allows a military widow to receive the emotional support needed to not only carry on her Hero’s legacy, but also create her own. We are so honored to have the support of The Egg & I of Richardson,” said Tabbatha Lancaster, Volunteer Coordinator for The American Widow Project.

The Richardson community has already welcomed us with open arms and we can’t wait to become more involved in our new community and make new friends,” said Al Sampsell, General Manager of the new The Egg & I Restaurant. “We are also very pleased our restaurant is creating 35 new jobs in Richardson.”
