Denver-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 61st restaurant on Monday, September 10th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. and is located at 3605 North 147th Street, in The Lowes Center at Grayhawke.
On September 9th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Food Bank for the Heartland. The mission of Food Bank for the Heartland is to eliminate hunger in Nebraska and western Iowa through community collaboration and making the best possible use of available resources. “We are excited to partner with the newest The Egg & I Restaurant in Omaha and are grateful for their continued support,” says Brian Barks, spokesperson for Food Bank of the Heartland.
