To help beat the heat, Outback is also adding fruity drinks and cool desserts to the menu. Watermelon cocktails, such as the popular Watermelon ‘Rita and new Watermelon Smash, featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka with fresh muddled watermelon, basil and lime juice are on the seasonal drinks menu. Plus, new Mini Milkshakes are made to order with hand scooped Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, topped with house made whipped cream in Strawberry, Vanilla, OREO, Chocolate or summer’s seasonal flavor, Banana Pudding.

In Australia, there’s a fresh take on life. At Outback, that fresh spirit inspires every dish. Outback’s commitment to freshness means food is made to order with the highest quality ingredients.
