World’s Largest Casual Dining Mexican Restaurant Brand Brings 130 New Jobs to Area
On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina – home of the Original Meltdown Margarita and sizzling, Mesquite-grilled fajitas – will bring its signature brand of craveable Mexican food and drinks – and approximately 130 new jobs – to the local area when it opens its new restaurant in Holland on Monday, March 7.
“Holland is a very close-nit community and OTB is excited to get involved and be an integral community partner,” said Dennis Buchanan, general manager of On The Border. “I’ve worked for OTB for more than 11 years. I love the brand and I have no doubt that the people of Holland and surrounding areas are going to love it too.”
Located at 12383 James Street, the 6,000-plus square foot restaurant features nearly 3,500 square feet of dining and bar space that can seat up to 207 guests, and more than 1,000 square feet of patio space. The Holland restaurant represents a sleek, streamlined new prototype for the OTB brand featuring an open kitchen with a mesquite wood-burning grill, bright colors, rustic furnishings and finishes. The restaurant will also offer a state-of-the-art, spacious cantina with a broad selection of tequilas, draft beers, and multiple flat screens for sports viewing.
