World’s Largest Casual Dining Mexican Restaurant Chain Set for November 16 Grand Opening in Jonesboro
On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina – home of the Original Meltdown Margarita and sizzling, Mesquite-grilled fajitas – will bring its fifth location and 130 new jobs to Arkansas when it opens its new restaurant in Jonesboro on Monday, November 16.

Located at 2324 Red Wolf Blvd, the 6,364 square foot restaurant features 3,158 square feet of dining and bar space that can seat up to 207 guests, and a 1,003 square foot patio that seats 64 guests. The Jonesboro restaurant represents a sleek, streamlined new prototype for the OTB brand, featuring an open kitchen with a mesquite wood-burning grill, a state-of-the-art bar, bright colors and rustic finishes. The restaurant will also offer a spacious cantina with a broad selection of fine tequilas, draft beers, and multiple flat screens for sports viewing.
