Vino 301 Wine Concierge hosting Vineyards and Cellars Tasting featuring Maryland Winemakers
Usually wine tastings events are held in one location, but this one of a kind event is held at each of the 16 participating wineries over the first two weekends in November. Wine lovers can travel to each 16 participating wineries over two weekends and meet the winemakers, tour the vineyards, and taste Maryland wine for one price. Fall Harvest Tastings & Tours is one of Vino 301 Wine Concierge’s Maryland Vineyards and Cellars Tasting series.
When you participate in Fall Harvest Tastings & Tours you have access to wineries across the state of Maryland, six wine tastings at each participating wineries, light appetizers, 10% discount on wine purchases that day, complimentary wine glass and tote and winery tours both weekends from noon until 5:00 pm. Individual Tasting Pass can be purchased for $40. Couples and friends can save $10 when they purchase a Friend Tasting Pass. Friend Tasting Pass is for two people for $70. Designated Driver pass is available for $10.
Maryland wine is a growing in popularity. Wineries reach across the state from western Maryland to the eastern shore. Maryland offers extensive styles from crisp to rich to off-dry. The Fall Harvest Tastings & Tours is an excellent opportunity to experience several of the varietals grown in Maryland, like Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Albarino, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chambourcin, and many more.
Local favorites like Boordy Vineyards, Foire Winery, and Basignani Winery are participating. Not only can you experience award winning wine, but can you can travel MarylandÂ’s scenic country and see its many treasures. Traverse the state from southern Maryland, Carroll, Frederick, Washington, Harford, Baltimore, to MarylandÂ’s Eastern shore.
