Ono Hawaiian BBQ is honoring first responders and supporting wildfire relief efforts through free meals and donations. Starting on January 14th, 50% of all online order sales will be donated to Direct Relief – California Fire Relief Fund. On January 15th, 50% of all online order sales will be donated to GlobalGiving – California Wildfire Relief Fund. Customers can also choose to donate in-store at any Ono Hawaiian BBQ location to support the Direct Relief – California Fire Relief Fund.
In addition, first responders can enjoy a free Chicken Katsu Plate or Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Plate through January 16th.
In response to the devastating Los Angeles wildfires, Ono Hawaiian BBQ is offering two impactful promotions:
Wildfire Relief Donations:
On January 14 and 15, 2025, Ono Hawaiian BBQ will donate 50% of all online sales to wildfire relief funds.
January 14: Donations will go to Direct Relief’s California Fire Relief Fund.
January 15: Donations will benefit GlobalGiving’s California Wildfire Relief Fund.
Orders must be placed directly on order.OnoHawaiianBBQ.com and are not valid for third-party online or catering orders. Donations are capped at $100,000 per day.
Free Meals for First Responders:
From January 9, 2025, through January 16, 2025, Ono Hawaiian BBQ will provide one free Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Plate or Chicken Katsu Plate to active-duty Police Officers, Firefighters, and EMT/Paramedics who present a valid badge or ID at checkout.
This offer is valid exclusively at participating Southern California locations (see full list below).
Limit: One free meal per badge per day, for up to 20,000 meals total, while supplies last.
