Current Tutti Frutti store operators worldwide will be provided with the option to upgrade their existing soft serve machines to PASMO’s. New Tutti Frutti stores will be equipped with PASMO soft serve machines.
Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt, a leading international self-serve frozen yogurt brand, has selected PASMO America to provide soft serve machines to current and future Tutti Frutti shops. Compared to the current soft serve machines used at Tutti Frutti stores, PASMO’s soft serve machines are easier to use, more reliable, energy efficient, and consistently dispense superior soft serve.
Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt was founded in 2008 in Southern California and rapidly grew into an international chain with stores in several dozen countries. COVID-19 had a significant negative impact on many quick-serve restaurants, including self-serve frozen yogurt shops. In response, Tutti Frutti is currently rebranding and is seeking to provide more support of its store operators. For example, upgrading soft serve machines is one way to help these operators. Store operators who use PASMO soft serve machines will benefit from reduced machine downtime, lower machine maintenance costs, better product, and happier customers.
“PASMO machines allow Tutti Frutti self-serve frozen yogurt stores to provide quiet and efficient service to the customers who use the machines and at the same time, easy maintenance for the store operators. We believe that quality soft serve machines with minimal downtime directly impact the customer experience. When the current soft serve machines are down or malfunctioning, they cost the stores lost revenues and result in a negative customer experience,” said Faruk Zia, President of Tutti Frutti. “PASMO has good reviews in the industry and their machines are built with redundant components to reduce downtime.”
“We are thrilled to be the preferred supplier of soft serve machines for Tutti Frutti,” said Joel Cinnamon, Chief Operating Officer of PASMO America. “We look forward to helping Tutti Frutti store owners provide their customers with the best frozen yogurt experience, while making it easier for them to use and maintain their soft serve machines.”
Under the terms of the agreement, current Tutti Frutti store operators will have the option of upgrading their existing soft serve machines to new PASMO soft serve machines, while future Tutti Frutti stores will be equipped with PASMO soft serve machines.
