All First Responders eat free 9/2-8; company pledges $10,000 donation to J.J. Watt Flood Relief Fund
Hurricane Harvey has taken a catastrophic toll on the Texas Gulf Coast, and with 20 Pei Wei restaurants in the area, the Pan-Asian fast-casual brand has seen firsthand the devastation caused by the storm and subsequent flooding.
To help aid in the recovery efforts, Pei Wei has been delivering food to shelters in Houston and surrounding areas. The company is also pledging a $10,000 direct donation to The JJ Watt Foundation to assist in its efforts to support flood victims. In addition, Pei Wei is inviting all Houston-area First Responders to eat free* at their restaurants all day Sept. 2 through Sept. 8.
