Los Angeles-based fast-casual restaurant, Pizza Studio, has signed its 16th franchise deal with another superstar multi-concept franchisee. Luke Strockis of LND Restaurants Inc. has signed an agreement to open 10 Pizza Studio locations in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles, with the first one opening this summer. Strockis was the first franchisee of Buffalo Wild Wings in California and has won multiple awards from Buffalo Wild Wings, including having five of the highest grossing stores in the nation.
Since their franchise program began in 2013, Pizza Studio has signed deals for more than 190 units in California, Arizona, Minneapolis/St, Paul and New York.
