There are three ways to enjoy National Taco Day. Best of all, they are free with purchase!
Pollo Campero will mark the annual day by giving away free tacos at its three Houston-area restaurants:
4701 Washington Ave. - 6324 Texas Highway 6 in Missouri City
- 702 West Bay Area Blvd. in Webster
Beloved around the world for its authentic Latin cuisine, Pollo Campero recently expanded its taco selections drawing on the unique flavors and ingredients found throughout Latin America. The new taco flavors spicing up the menu are: Argentinian Steak, Chicken Molcajete, Peruvian Chicken, Steak and Jalapeño, and a Veggie Roasted Jalapeño; complementing the already popular Chicken Tomatillo and the Yucatan Carnitas. The Argentinean Steak taco, Yucatan Carnitas taco and Peruvian Chicken taco will be available for free with purchase on National Taco Day, October 4.
“We love to celebrate our rich Latin heritage with our loyal restaurant patrons, and our unique handmade tacos are some of the most popular items on the expanded menu. Our tacos are filled with a variety of high quality ingredients, from the Latin cheeses and herbs to the hormone-free chicken and in-house sauces, so you can really taste the Latin passion in each bite,” said Lisken Kastalanych, Pollo Campero’s vice president of marketing.
Earlier this summer, in addition to adding new empanadas, tacos, and several flavorful sides, Pollo Campero debuted new ways for diners to enjoy their favorite Latin flavors with its Latin Duo and Latin Trio combination plates. The plates allow visitors to mix and match their favorite dishes and add unique flavors from the six new signature sauces available for purchase at participating Houston locations.
To participate in National Taco Day and enjoy a free taco with purchase, visit Pollo Campero on Washington Ave., in Missouri City or in Webster on Thursday, October 4.
