Quaker Steak & Lube, the award-winning casual-dining franchise known for its Best Wings USA, has announced the appointment of Debra Koenig as Chairman of the Board. The appointment was made following the company’s Annual Shareholder’s Meeting on April 19, 2012 in Boardman, OH. All current Board Directors were re-elected.
Koenig is currently president of B2A LLC, a management consulting firm, and previously served as president of the McDonald’s Southeast Division. Koenig replaces current President and CEO John Longstreet who also served as interim chairman since July of 2011. Longstreet remains as Quaker Steak & Lube’s® chief executive.
