Delivery is available at select locations. Stores are franchised and trade in AB, AL, AZ, BC, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, TX, UT, VA and 17 other countries worldwide.
METZ ENTERPRISES of Dallas, PA (founded 1994) has increased by 5 units, for Marlow’s Tavern, from 8 to 13 (63% growth) and by 1 unit for TGI Friday’s, from 12 to 13 (8% growth). At the same time the company decreased by 2 units, for Krispy Kreme, from 4 to 2 (50% decrease). Marlow’s Tavern locations are family/casual with full bar and seating for around 250. Meal periods are lunch and dinner. Per person check average is around $10-$30+. Other concepts are Aqua Blue (1), Lucky’s Sporthouse (1), Ruth’s Chris (1) and Wolfgang Puck Express (1). Redding, CA-based BLACK BEAR DINER (founded 1995) has increased by 5 units, from 58 to 63 (9% growth). The restaurants are family/casual, serving American cuisine. Meal periods are breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average. The restaurants serve beer and wine and seat about 150.
