These fast casual Mexican restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person price range. Beer and wine are served and seating is for about 70. Catering is also available. The restaurants are located in CA.

Provo, UT-based SUB ZERO ICE CREAM (founded 2004) has increased by 30 units, from 29 to 59 (103% growth) and entered into LA, MI, NC, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UAE and China.  This quick serve ice cream shop is open for lunch and dinner hours, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Limited seating is available.  Catering service is offered.  The stores are franchised and trade in AZ, CA, FL, ID, IN, LA, MI, MN, NC, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TX, UT, WA and the UAE.

Lakewood, CO-based TUCANOS BRAZILIAN GRILL (founded 2000) has increased by 1 unit, from 9 to 10 (11% growth) and entered into SC.  This upscale Brazilian steakhouse concept is open for lunch and dinner, with a $15-$50+ per person check average.  The restaurants have full bar service and average seating for about 300.  Catering and private party services are available.  Trading areas are CO, ID, MO, NM, SC, UT and VA.

Michigan-based CHICKEN SHACK (founded 1956) has increased by 1 unit, from 19 to 20 (5% growth).  This quick serve concept is open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Units seat about 40 and offer catering, online ordering and drive-thru services.  The restaurants are franchised and trade in MI.

All are located in TX.

Owing Mills, MD-based CLASSIC CATERING PEOPLE has increased 2 units for their Miss Shirley’s Café concept, from 1 to 3 (200% concept growth). Otehr company concepts include Classic Catering People (1), Penn Station Café (1), Roland Park Bagel (1) and Spaghetti Eddie’s (1).  Overall company increase was from 5 to 7 (40% growth). These family/casual restaurants serve sandwiches, American and Italian cuisines.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average. Full bar service is available at select locations.  Average seating is for about 80. The restaurants are all located in MD.

Indianapolis, IN-based CUNNINGHAM RESTAURANT GROUP has increased 3 units for their Bru Burger Bar concept, from 1 to 4 (300% concept growth), 1 unit for the Mesh concept, from 1 to 2 (100% conncept growth) and added 2 new concepts: Morlein Lager House (1) and Union 50 Restaurant & Bar (1). Other company concepts are Stone Creek (6), Boulder Creek (1) and Charbonos (1). These family style restaurants offer multiple cuisine types and are open for lunch and dinner, with breakfast at select locations.  Per person check average is $10-30+. Full bar service is offered and seating is for about 150. Catering is available. The restaurants are all located in OH.
