Indianapolis, In – 1435 E 86th St
Eddie Saham and Scott Ellis will be opening this Brewpub sometime in the spring of 2015. It will feature Craft beers and rotating seasonal beers. Traditional casual foods will be on the menu and the will also have an outside beer garden.
Denver, CO – Blue Plains Tavern
Owner Neil Jorgensen will be opening this restaurant at the site of the former Carniceria El Rancho among other restaurants. The 4800 Sq Ft space will be transformed to house the bar, dining, patio and a private dining room. They are anticipating a July 2015 opening.
De Pere, WI – Brickhouse Craft Burgers & Brew
This restaurant will open in the former Sports Corner Bar & Grill building sometime in Early February.
Del Mar, CA – Broken Yolk Cafe
This will be the 10th location in San Diego County for this restaurant. It will be located at the Beachside Del Mar rental center.They expect to open this unit during the summer of 2015.
Chicago, IL – Buona Beef
This will be the first Buona in the city limits of Chicago although the chain has 14 fast casual restaurants throughout the area. They are currently clearing the site with hope of starting construction in March for a Summer 2015 opening.
St. Louis, MO – Byrd & Barrel
This restaurant will be located in the building that formerly housed Popeye’s Fried Chicken. They have inside seating for 35 and outdoor seating for 40 plus a drive-thru. They are planning on opening February 2015.
