Woonsocket, RI – Brickhouse Bar and Grill
Owner and General Manager Bobby Vigeant has a vision to combine a casual dining with room for entertaining up to 300 guests when his concept opens late February at 2120 Diamond Hill Road. A menu is under progress, full bar will be available with additional space for private parties and catered events.
Indianapolis, IN – The Kitchen
Restaurants can be “money pits” but no problem here as Kimbal Musk, brother to billionaire Elon Musk, opens this uptown-style concept late spring at 342 Massachusetts Avenue. Diners can expect an eclectic menu, a full service bar all in a cozy high-style urban setting with seating for 135 and an outdoor fire pit.
Jonesboro, AR – U.S. Pizza Co.
Owner Judy Walker has been perfecting her style of pizza for over 25 years and is bringing it to 2209 E. Highland Dr. with a projected opening date of summer, 2017. Along with their crispy, thin-crust, hand crafted pizza baked in a wood-burning hearth-style oven the menu will offer salads and sandwiches.
Hilton Head Island, SC – Skull Creek Dockside Restaurant
Hurricane Matthew closed businesses but also opened opportunity as the SERG Restaurant Group plans the opening of their newest addition for summer at 2 Hudson Road. The menu is still in planning stage but this will be a family-friendly venue with casual dining downstairs and a private event room above.
Berkeley, CA – Boot and Shoe Service Restaurant
Entrepreneur Chef Charlie Hallowell will open his second unit of this urban-chic, casual feel concept at 2286 Shattuck Avenue within a month. Hallowell’s previous restaurants’ menus feature Mediterranean cuisine along with wood-fired baked hand crafted pizza and the menu here will reflect that style as well.
