Leesburg, FL – Sip Restaurant Jazz and Wine Bar
Benjamin Moseley and business partner Anita Valdez will be turning the former Swan Creek Candle Company into a classy Jazz bar. The restaurant will occupy roughly 3,500 Sq Ft and will seat 100 and feature outdoor seating.
Wareham, MA – El Mariachi
This will be a 4th location for the El Mariachi group. The building is owned by Realty Trust but has been leased to Jose Lopez who is the owner of the other three El Mariachi locations. This new location in downtown Wareham is hoping to open in March 2015.
New York, NY – Blujeen
Lance Knowling will be opening Blujeen in Mid-February. Lance is one of the caterers who helped cater Chelsea Clintons wedding. Lance has extensive experience in the restaurant and catering industry in the New York City area.
Ashville, NC – Macchialina Taverna Rustia
This new restaurant will be located in the former Windsor Hotel building in Downtown Ashville. This is the second location for owners Jennifer Chaefsky and Michael Pirolo. Their other restaurant is located in Miami, Fl. Originally planned for opening in fall 2014 the opening is now set for Spring 2015.
Zionsville, IN – Village Kitchen
Zionsville will be gaining a new restaurant come April 1, 2015. The Village Kitchen will be opening in the former Plum’s Upper room. An opening was previously planned for January 2015 but owners Byran and Debbie Avery decided to do more renovations to the former Opera House.
Dallas, TX – Filament
This will be the second restaurant for FT33’s owner Matt McCallister. Filament will be opening by the end of Spring in Deep Ellum. The restaurant will be located in an old machinist shop with weathered brick walls and beams will be exposed in dining areas.
