Middlebury, In – 41 Degress North
Austin Slabach says his new restaurant will be opening in about a month. This new restaurant will be located in the former Winner’s Circle Bar. Currently the new restaurant has passed several inspections and still has a few more to go.
New York, NY – Beaubourg
This new restaurants being opened by Peter Poulakakos and Paul Lamas are looking for a Late March opening. There will also be a cafe, wine shop and a large marketplace. Currently the restaurant is in the final buildout stages.
Orlando, FL – Blaze Pizza
Blaze Pizza is planning on a March 2015 opening. Blaze Pizzas are ready in 3 minutes hence the name Blaze. This group started in California and is now “Blazing” across the US. In 2014 they opening in other states and are on a very rapid expansion mode.
Cincinnati, OH – Please
Please started out in 2011 as a pop-up dining event. Ryan Santos said that after years on the road the next logical step for a pop-up is a brick and mortar location. Currently they are in a fundraising and site selection mode with the goal to be open by fall 2015.
New Orleans, LA – Company Burger
The Company Burger will be located in the Paramount, a mixed-used building in the South Market District. This will be Adam Biderman’s second location for Company Burger. They are expecting a Spring 2015 opening date.
Seattle, WA – Entre Amis
This restaurant will be taking over the location of the former Portage and Cioppino restaurants. This will be a French concept with opening expected in March 2015.
