Multi-concept operator Scott Moore will open his second unit of this Latin-inspired sandwich shop by the end of the first quarter at 869 Stockton Street.  Moore plans to use “B Street” as his growth vehicle moving forward.  The menu offers the likes of roasted, pulled pork with cream sauce and local craft beer.

Birmingham, AL – East-West
Entrepreneur Colby Conklin will open this Asian-American fusion menu casual concept by early April at 2306 2nd. Avenue North.  He’s tapped Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and develop the menu.  Guests can look forward to Mongolian skirt steak, smoked and fried chicken wings, rice bowls and lettuce wraps.

Detroit, MI – Slyde
Brother and sister duo LJ and Anitrah Nelson won’t allow their lack of restaurant experience to deter them  as they team with Chef Rayna Cook to open a fast-casual “Slider” restaurant at 9350 Livernois Avenue by the end of March.  The Sliders will range in price from $2 – $3.50 with locally sourced ingredients.

Scottsdale, AZ – Liberty Station
American comfort food will be on the menu at this casual operation to open by March 1st. at 34522 N. Scottsdale Road.  Chef Michael Hunn’s menu will offer Tavern Mac and Cheese, smoked beef brisket and grilled cheese sandwiches, Kobe meatloaf along with local craft beer, wine and full bar service.

Seattle, WA – B’s Po Boy
Husband and wife team Ryan and Deborah Borchelt will bring their Cajun cuisine to 2738 Alki Avenue NW for a late March opening.  The menu will feature the traditional Po Boy sandwiches of New Orleans along with classic entrees such as Etoufee, Jambalaya, raw bar favorites and a full service bar.

Salem, NH – Copper Door Restaurant
Calling their cuisine “approachable new American” the owners of this casual eatery plan a late first quarter opening at 41 South Broadway.  The unit will occupy 8,300 sq. ft., have two private dining rooms, a full service bar with menu offerings such as burgers, salads, sandwiches and stone-oven flatbreads.
