Described as a fun, fast-casual crepe shop this new independent concept plans to open late April to early May at 632 East Atlantic Avenue. While the menu is yet to be set ownership describes the food as hand-crafted sweet and savory crepes, made to order, using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients available at very approachable prices.
Philadelphia, PA – Brewery ARS
What began as an enthusiasm for home-brewing has evolved into the opening of their first brewpub for brothers Sean and Andy Arsenault slated to open late summer at 1927 W. Passyunk Avenue. The pair have created a relationship with Belgian brewery Eutropia where they have been honing their skills on Saison style beers.
St. Louis, MO – Sure Lee’s
Chef Chris Lee will open his new casual breakfast and lunch operation in early May at 2639 Cherokee Street. Lee will also operate his current catering operation from that location. The menu will feature rifts on traditional favorites such as biscuits and gravy, sandwiches will be “build your own” on house-baked bread.
Flagstaff, AZ – Sh/ft FLG
Culinary couple Dara and Joe Rodgers will bring the kitchen into the dining room in their new concept on N. San Francisco Street opening later this month. The format will be small plates both savory and sweet so guests may share or build a meal. The menu will change seasonally and be sourced locally and guests can enjoy a full service bar.
Medfield, MA – Avenue
Owner Josh Foley wants guests to experience their food before they tuck into their plates with an open kitchen design featuring both a wood-fired grill and oven. The menu will be approachable and reminiscent of New England comfort food offered up in a family-friendly atmosphere. Look for a May opening at 445 Main Street.
Princeton, NJ – LiLLiPiES
The owners of this new independent bakery café describe their concept as being a neighborhood bakery/cafe, committed to producing outstanding food that celebrates local and seasonal sourcing and maintaining lasting partnerships with our farmers and producers. Located at 301 North Harrison Street they hope to be open mid-to-late April.
