Miramar Beach, FL – Emeril’s Coastal Italian Restaurant
Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse must like to keep busy as he plans to open his fourteenth restaurant in this gulf coast town in late spring at 600 Grand Blvd. The Chef and his team have been researching the menu which will use a traditional Italian cuisine focus using the diverse locally sourced gulf seafood.
Scottsdale, AZ – Café Monarch
The Lewkowiczs family has performed so well with their fine-dining concept they’ve out-grown the current location and will open in a larger footprint at 6939 E. 1st. Avenue this September. The original location will offer lunch and private parties while the new one will focus on the upscale cuisine making them a favorite.
Los Angeles, CA – Wexler’s Deli
When you build it right, people will come so this casual deli icon will open their third location this August at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd. Promising “piles of pastrami” Chef Micah Wexler and partner Michael Kassar will also bring along guest favorites such as smoked whitefish salad, breads and bagels.
Stamford, CT – The Granola Bar
This casual breakfast and lunch eatery will open their third location this spring to be located at 700 Canal Street. The growth-spurt was made possible by an investment by Trylynx Partners with this location offering “to go” items only featuring their line-up of fresh bowls, smoothies, wraps, soups and salads.
Omaha, NE – RTaco
Supply is attempting to meet demand as the second location of this popular fast-casual taco eatery will open at 12995 West Center Road in early June. Patrons will find the same Tex-Mex fare made popular at the first unit consisting of their “all day” breakfast taco line-up, classic taco fare, beer and margaritas.
