Wilmington, DE – El Diablo
Keeping a “build it and they will come” approach the partners of this Tex-Mex, fast-casual, build your own concept will open their fourth location at 3100 Naaman’s Road.  The menu reflects items available in similar operations such as burritos and bowls but with an upgraded twist as braised short rib as a protein.

Boise, ID – Ramen Sho
The owner of this new noodle concept believes consumers are under-served regarding this cuisine so look for a late spring opening at 150 N. 8th. Street.  The menu will reflect traditional noodle styles such as curry tan tan noodles and tsukemen noodles (served cold with a side sauce) along with beer and wine.

Chicago, IL – Split-Rail

Chicago Avenue.  Chef Zoe Schor will select wines to pair with entrees such as reimagined fajitas and a 63° F hen’s egg with brioche bread.

Portland, ME – Cong Tu Bot
Diners seeking something completely different should be pleasantly surprised when this casual concept opens its’ doors at 59 Washington Avenue in late May.  Traditional Vietnamese style noodles will be on a menu still under development with an emphasis on dishes from the owners’ origins in southern Vietnam.

Nashville, TN – Corner Pub
Jeff Rippy of Restaurant Investment Properties is onto something as he prepares to open the fifth unit of this casual “pub style” concept late fall at 147 Fifth Avenue North.  Don’t expect any major changes to the menu as “pub grub” has driven their success with items such as Cheese Beans and Hot Chicken Chunks.
