Green Bay, WI – 1919 Kitchen & Tap
A new player will be in the lineup this season at Lambeau Field when it comes to food choices. This new gastro pub will fill the new space on the Atrium’s first floor across from the new Packers Hall of Fame. There will be seating for 250 on the inside. The pub will feature about 80 beer taps. A July opening is expected.
Chicago, IL – Citrine Cafe
Branko Palikuca who heads up Gemstone Cafe Group who operates multiple restaurant venues will be opening this new restaurant in Oak Park hopefully in the fall. The restaurant will occupy a 4,430 square foot storefront.
Oakland, CA – Core Kitchen
Core Kitchen is a new fast food restaurant but in time and menu. This will be an ALL produce restaurant. No fast food company has gone quite so far as to eliminate any ingredient that isn’t derived from fresh, whole produce. This new concept is expected to open in August.
Charlotte, NC – Corkbuzz
A New York wine bar is targeting the first week of June for its opening in South Park near Whole Foods. Corkbuzz will be opening in a 3,500 square foot space that is nearing completion with renovations. This will be part restaurant, part wine bar and will also offer wine and food education classes and events in addition to selling wine retail. They are anticipating opening this June.
Buffalo, NY – Unnamed restaurant
An August 15 opening is planned for this yet to be named restaurant. The new restaurant will be waterfront next to the Hatch on Erie street beside Erie Basin Marina.
Melbourne, FL – PC Keat’s
Mother daughter team of Kristina Ellis and her daughter Erika Denser will be transforming the former Micholetti’s location into the new PC Keat’s. Renovations are underway in this 5,416 square foot space. They will serve lunch and dinner and stay open until 2am. They are planning a late June or July opening.
