Sioux Center, IA – 4 Brothers Grill & Bar

Brooklyn, NY – littlefield
Owner Julie Kim is looking forward to a mid-May opening of this casual-feel entertainment venue located in the Gowanus district at 635 Sackett Street. The bar is slated to open first and will be complemented by their entertainment and offered events. Latin favorites will grace the menu such as tacos and burritos.
Scottsdale, AZ – The Vig
Genuine Concepts Restaurant Group will open their fourth location of this local favorite to be located at 10111 E. Bell Road by late May. It will take advantage of the mountain views nearby the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Fans will find their comfort favorites such as nachos, burgers, salads and steaks.
Portland, OR – Homegrown Smoker
When a food cart out-grows itself the only answer is to open a brick and mortar location which will happen at 8639 N. Lombard Street sometime summer of 2017. The owner will bring their “version” of barbecue to fans of “vegan” food such as smoked soy-curls in maple-bourbon sauce with chipotle slaw on a bun.
Tulsa, OK – Burn Co. BBQ
Adam Myers has felt the need to open a second unit and that will happen sometime around Fourth of July at 300 Riverwalk Terrace. The new “pork palace” will occupy 5,500 sq. ft. and will be part restaurant and offer a meat market as well. Beyond barbecue the menu will offer steaks, pork chops and seafood.
